Membership Information & Prices

Membership & Renewals (2026/2027)

For the new season, starting April 1st, 2026, CDAA have partnered with Clubmate which enables both new and existing members to join/renew memberships & pay fees online.

New Members - Please read the following and then register here

Membership is available on payment of a joining fee and annual subscription:

  • The first year is a probationary period.​

  • The club offers concessions for juniors, registered disabled & state pensioners.​

  • When partners and/or children of an adult member join there is no requirement for an additional joining fee.​

  • When partners of members that are state pensioners join there is no requirement for an additional joining fee.

  • The annual subscription fee is due for all members.

  • Most car parks are gated and kept locked at all times, a small charge is made for keys.
    There is an extra gated car park for disabled members and state pensioners, on the Fordwich complex. Special keys are available only on production of a “Blue Badge” or proof of age.

  • NB - ​​​​​Fordwich Lake is only available to local members, defined as residence in postcode areas CT1-CT21, TN25 and ME13. For further information on Fordwich Lake please contact the main office.

How to Join/Renew
 

We encourage the use of the online service for joining & renewals:

  1. For those of you that use email and have access to a smart phone, tablet or PC you can join or renew using Clubmate.

You can also join/renew on a PC using this link.
You can then log in using your email address that you previously provided to CDAA or .

NB if you are renewing your membership and Clubmate is asking for a joining fee this means  the email address on your record is incorrect. In this case please phone the office and inform them of the correct email address. Once this has been updated you will be able to renew online.
 

  1. For those members that DO NOT use email and DO NOT have access to a smart phone, tablet or PC then please phone or visit the office. *Please only use this option if you DO NOT have an email address or you have no way of joining/renewing online.

Rod Licence

All members, including juniors over the age of 12, must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency rod fishing licence:

Concessionary Subscription

All state pensioners and disabled members pay the reduced subscription *(£) - shown in brackets.

The increase brings us in line with the ever rising costs of the operational overheads.

We are exploring all avenues to source funding for fishery improvement projects and have several submissions currently in the pipeline that will deliver significant improvements to our waters. All with the aim of bringing us nearer to our mission of delivering affordable fishing for all.
